Your privacy, without the small print.
This policy explains the data used on the website, during sign-up, in your pet profile, and for payment, and how to exercise your rights.
01 · THE ESSENTIALS
Scope and controller
This policy covers the Nuzzleway website, web sign-up, account, pet profile, payment, and transfer of that profile to a linked Nuzzleway app. It does not describe every separate data practice of native app features.
The controller is Adonai Domínguez Hernández. For privacy questions or rights requests, email support@nuzzleway.com. The operator’s public service address is awaiting confirmation before web sign-up is enabled.
02 · WHAT AND WHY
Data, purpose, and legal basis

Pet-profile fields are not included in analytics events. If you accept analytics and sign in, Amplitude may associate permitted events with a pseudonymous Firebase identifier; event payloads do not include your email or pet-profile fields.
An unfinished draft is encrypted in your browser storage and expires after 24 hours. A completed profile you save is stored in Nuzzleway cloud services to provide the service.
03 · WHO HELPS US
Providers involved
Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, App Check, and profile storage; RevenueCat manages checkout, subscriptions, and its customer portal; Stripe processes payments. Nuzzleway does not receive or store your full card number. Vercel hosts the website and may generate technical logs.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics and Amplitude receive the limited events described above. Google and Apple may also process data if you choose their sign-in options. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; required transfer safeguards will apply. Please also review each provider’s privacy information.
04 · WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR
Your rights and control
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability by emailing support@nuzzleway.com. You can withdraw analytics consent from “Customize” or “Settings”.
If you live in Spain, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the customer portal linked in RevenueCat emails. We will update this policy when processing or providers change.
